E-mail Notifications and Problems.

Note 1: We are currently using several spam filters to block spam. If your e-mail is inadvertently blocked, please call our toll free number below.

Note 2: If you use
Spam Arrest, we will not reply to your e-mails unless you have already put our e-mail address domain (prgrsoft.com) in your 'friends list.' We cannot accept the Spam Arrest contract because Spam Arrest could penalize us, even without your approval, thousands of dollars every time we send you an upgrade notice. Note 3: Another reason you may not be getting e-mails from us is your spam filtering. Sometimes spam filtering can block e-mails that you do want. Most provide a way to maintain your own "white list" or "friends list" to prevent the filter from blocking e-mails from certain addresses. To avoid missing upgrade notices or replies to your tech support questions, please put "prgrsoft.com" in your friends list.

Technical Support:

Technical Support is only available to Registered Users and prospective purchasers. Click here to Register online if you purchased from a reseller. When sending an e-mail to our Support Department, please supply sufficient information for us to identify you as a registered customer -- such as your name, address, phone, product name and serial number--and, of course, a complete description of the problem including the version numbers of the product and your operating system.

2) E-mail is the preferred method of providing technical support, generally seven days per week, if you cannot find the answer in the Support section of this Web site. When sending an e-mail to our Support Department, please provide sufficient information for us to identify you as a registered customer -- such as your name and product serial number, or your address, phone and your product name--and, of course, a complete description of the problem including the version numbers of the product and your operating system. A response will be sent to you within hours.

3) There is no telephone number for the Tech Support Deparrment. Our tech support department is at a different location than the Sales Department and is not directly available by phone. If a question cannot be answered by e-mail, our support personnel will arrange a phone call by e-mail.
